PRIVACY POLICY

1.  Introduction

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is incorporated into the Terms of Use of www.kidslacrosse.com (the “Agreement”).  All defined terms in the Agreement have the same definitions in this Privacy Policy.   This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time in Our discretion; provided, however, that such changes will not apply to a dispute between You and Us that arose prior to the date such change was posted on the Site.  Your use of this Site after any such change constitutes Your acknowledgment and acceptance of the change.  Please review this Privacy Policy regularly.

This Privacy Policy was last revised 2009-05-02.

2.  Personal Data Collected

We collect only the personal information that You provide to Us (the “PD”).  If You do not want Us to collect PD, do not provide it to Us.  We may collect the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address You are using when You access the Site, but we do not consider it PD.  Your IP address identifies the Internet address from which you access the Site.    PD will generally include: Your email address, Your user name, and such other data that You provide when requested.

3.  How We Use The PD

We may use the PD to enable Us to provide products or services to You, to contact You for commercial purposes, including direct marketing of Our products or services or other commercial solicitations, to diagnose technical problems with the Site, to test market a product or service, to analyze sales or Your or another visitor’s usage of the Site, or to provide a response to a request by law enforcement or a court.  We do not sell PD to unrelated entities.  We may provide PD to related entities to permit such entities to use PD on our behalf or in the same ways that we may use PD.

4.  Other Data Collected:  Log Files

As with most other websites, We collect and use the data contained in log files.  The information in the log files includes your IP address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or cable provider), the browser that You used to visit the Site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time You visited the Site and which pages You visited at the Site.

5.  Other Data Collected:  Cookies and Web Beacons

We do not currently use cookies to store information, such as Your personal preferences when You visit the Site, but We may do so in the future.  We also may use third party advertisements on the Site.  Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on the Site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit Site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed.  This capability is generally, although not necessarily, used for geo-targeting  purposes (such as showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).  Consequently, third parties may be placing and reading cookies by means of Your web browser, or using web beacons, in the course of serving ads on the Site.

You can choose to disable or selectively turn off Our cookies or third-party cookies in Your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security.  However, performing such actions can affect how or whether You are able to interact with the Site as well as other websites.  This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.
